LED Andon Stations-Continuous & Flashing
LED andon stations are an effective and inexpensive means to assist your machine and workstation operators with realtime requests. LED tower lights offer bright, LED colors in Red, Yellow, Green, Blue and White. Many facilities use these systems for operators to alert other personnel of critical workstation needs. Some examples of color call lights are listed below, but these lights can be used for any custom line needs based on your production or distribution process and departments.
Red light is typically used to activate a flashing light state upon a down event to alert personnel from a distance that assistance is needed immediately. Upon receiving assistance, operators may opt to step down the alert to a steady light state with our ST-xxxx-1x2 series. Color coding can be operated independently to allow operator the ability to call for simultaneous departments.
Yellow is typically used for material call light to replenish a workstation prior to inventory depletion. This allows the line to continuously operate without loss time.
Green is typically used for status of all is okay or running. This is typically the desired state of the line.
Blue and White are typically used for other departments that may be needed on the line from time to time. This may include Changeover in Progress, Pickup Requests, Quality Control Assist, Defect Detected, Line Leader Assist, Supervisor Assist and more.
