Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal with every purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will
work to make it right.
Within 10 business days of receipt if you are not happy with an
item, contact us. We will gladly replace it, refund the purchase price, or
credit you for other items, your choice.
If there is an error with your order because we mistakenly shipped the
wrong product and/or wrong quantity, American LED-gible, Inc. will pay to reship
the correct merchandise. Return shipping is generally at the customer's
expense, but American LED-gible pays return postage costs when we make an order
error. The shipping method used for return order correction is solely at
our discretion. All other return shipment credit requests are considered
on a case-by-case basis.
Importantly, before returning an item you must first contact us for
return shipment authorization. Method of return shipment (example:
Parcel Post, Priority Mail, UPS) must first be agreed upon by the customer
and American LED-gible. A return authorization (RA) number is issued at the time
of the call and must appear on the outside of the return parcel. We must
receive the return within 30 days of RA issuance.
